The project team consists of the talents from Marketing, Trans and Administrative departments. Negotiation: Any client can contact with us by ways of telephone, fax, Email, MSN, QQ or online order, and tell us which service you need, interpretation or translation. If you need some documentation translation, we should be informed of some details on languages, contents, quantity, and time limit. If you need some interpretation, please advise us the specific date in advance. In addition, please kindly leave your telephone number, address and company name and we will explain any question you enquired. Upon your request, our company can do trial translation for you. |
| Signing:Both parties can enter into a written translation contract by face-to-face communication or fax with mutual understanding, thus to specify respective rights and duties. According to the contents and quantity of the material for translation, the Project Manager selects specialized translators or organizes a particular translation team. The team starts to translate following our formulated translation workflow and combining with quality control system. During the course, please communicate with us from time to time, in order to facilitate proper revision and better adjustment and make the schedule go on smoothly. |
| Translation and proofreading: we will develop a glossary for every specific client. As the long-term client, the glossary for you is enriched day by day as the translations are increasing, thus to ensure the consistency and accuracy of the translation, and give you the convenience when using the translation text. | I. Project Analysis: Upon receipt of the material for translation from the Marketing Manager, the Trans Manager will analyze: What area of specialization does it lie in? Who will use it and for what purpose? How about the quality required? |
| II.Project Preparation: Project Manager decides on translators and proofreaders, to set up a tailored team for specific translation. |
| III. Glossary Development: The Trans Manager leads the translation team to develop a glossary and send it to you for approval. Once approved, our translators will follow the glossary for consistency in translation. |
| IV. Translation: Trans Manager distributes the translation work and keeps close communication with translators so as to keep an eye on each word to convey the proper cultural meaning. |
| V. Quality Control: For a higher degree of accuracy and consistency, translators in the professional team will have an initial check for each others’ translation, then the proofreader will recheck the translation, and the Trans Manager will be in the position of inspection and supervision. |
| VI. Typesetting Check: Cautious and professional typesetting offers you a clear text with the format, graphics, diagrams and annotation in accordance with the original one. |
| VII. Client Feedback: After the finished translation is handed in to you, the Client Manager will contact you properly for any of your comments. |
| Translation Handover: We will hand over before the date stipulated in the contract the translation usually in the form of electronic document and printed paper. Upon your request, we can provide electronic document in several formats (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, JPG, GIF, AutoCAD), and we can also provide value-added service such as printing and binding for the translation text, as well as designing and typesetting for the cover. |
