中央向重庆下拨1500万元 （Central govt. allocates 15 mln yuan to CQ）

| 华龙网讯 据悉，今年6月以来，重庆市大部分地区出现了气象干旱，部分地区伏旱达40天以上。重庆市民政局救灾处统计，截至8月18日，全市有綦江、武隆、万盛、南川、荣昌、酉阳等33个区县（自治县）不同程度受灾。
为解决灾区群众生活困难，财政部、民政部联合向重庆市下拨中央自然灾害生活补助资金1500万元，主要用于解决旱灾地区受灾群众口粮和饮水困难问题。
重庆市财政局、重庆市民政局将于近日将这笔资金及时下拨到受灾区县（自治县）。重庆市民政局表示，在资金分配过程中，将保障重点，根据受灾群众自救能力实施分类救助。
CHONGQING (CQNEWS) Chongqing has suffered severe drought in most areas since June 2011 and even in some regions for more than 40 days of summer drought. Statistics from the Disaster Relief Office of Chongqing Civil Affairs Bureau show that 33 districts and counties (autonomous counties) including Qijiang, Wulong, Wansheng, Nanchuan, Rongchang and Youyang have been afflicted to varying degrees by August 18, 2011.
The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Civil Affairs of P. R. China allocate 15 million yuan for natural disaster living allowance to Chongqing to relieve the strains on ration and drinking water for people in drought-stricken areas.
Chongqing Civil Affairs Bureau and Chongqing Finance Bureau will distribute the allowance in a few days to drought-struck districts and counties (autonomous counties), and the fund will be allocated at varied levels with consideration of local self-aid capacities in preference to severely affected regions, said Chongqing Civil Affairs Bureau.
