4月重庆CPI同比上涨4.8%(Chongqing’s CPI in April increases by 4.8% year on year)

| 华龙网讯 5月23日，重庆市统计局发布我市居民消费价格指数（CPI），4月份我市CPI同比上涨4.8%，涨幅创今年以来新低，且低于全国平均水平0.5个百分点。
我市CPI环比涨幅之所以呈此态势，主要是今年以来市政府高度重视防止物价过快上涨，在各大农贸市场和超市建立“保供蔬菜销售点”等有效措施，保障市民日常生活所必需的主要食品价格稳定。
CHONGQING (CQNEWS) Chongqing Statistics Bureau released on May 23, 2011 the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of Chongqing in April 2011, which increased by 4.8% compared with that in the same period of 2010. The growth rate is the lowest in 2011 and even 0.5% lower than the average level all over China
The CPI in April takes on such a downward trend mainly because Chongqing Municipal People’s Government attaches much importance to preventing prices from rising too fast, for example, the Government sets up guaranteed vegetables selling points in farmers’ markets and supermarkets to ensure the stable prices of main foods in citizens’ daily life.
